Key Issues for the Uplands of Cumbria

Please note that the pages in this section on key issues are currently under construction. We would be grateful if you could send any relevant links to Helen Shaw

Over the last year our discussions have revealed many key issues of concern to people in Cumbria, and other upland landscapes. Many of these concerns are not new, or are widespread rural concerns, whilst some of them are upland specific. Often differing specific concerns are raised by different sectors and interest groups. We are currently documenting many of these key issues and trying to integrate and highlight the complexity of their interactions. A report will be available on this web site soon.
